Project Objective:
We need to make
use of the Medical Design & Manufacturing West show to
generate sales leads in the medical device market.
MD&M West is the largest
event of its kind in the world and brings 1,500 leading
suppliers to the medical device manufacturing industry
together with tens of thousands of attendees
representing the world’s most innovative medical device
companies. The MD&M West show offers Honeywell an ideal
venue to showcase its full line of products. To make it happen, Honeywell gave M45
the role of coordinating everything.
Strategy:
M45 designed a booth, including the layout and display
graphics, to highlight new products. We handled
show registration, coordinated hotel arrangements, booth
schedule and produced pre-show packets for Honeywell
staff. We even handled the “stars” of the show,
gathering and shipping all product samples.
Results:
The booth drew visitors into Honeywell’s space and M45’s
coordination of show details allowed Honeywell staff to
focus on creating relationships, which generated 110
solid sales leads.
