This time of year, many non-profit agencies send out their pleas for financial support. The United Way is one of these important organizations, and much of their assistance comes through the business network and its employees.

Once again, M45's stars answered the call...unanimously. As an incentive to hit 100% employee participation in making United Way donations, Joe and Marilyn, M45's co-founders, offer to contribute $100 to a local charity if we make the goal. The target has never been missed. With employees in Illinois, Minnesota, and Colorado, we hope M45's support will help a lot of people in many communities --- during the holidays and throughout the year.
