How does
M45 measure up? Don't ask us, ask our clients.
M45 Marketing Services sends
a customer satisfaction survey to our clients after
every job is completed. Our clients are very important
to us, and their feedback helps us to improve.
We have been collecting
data since we opened our doors in 2001. What follows are a few of the questions
that we've been asking since we began surveying
